On behalf of the newly organized Gateway Village Community HOA, we wish to invite all Gateway Village residents, both homeowners and renters alike, to this month’s HOA meeting, Saturday, October 6, 2018, 10:00 AM at the Perkins Restaurant & Bakery located at 3A Gateway Blvd S, Savannah, GA 31419. Several of you have made board member nominations through the Gateway Village Website . This is the meeting where the nominees will be announced and giving the opportunity to accept or decline their nomination. It is your responsibility to inform those which you have nominated as candidates to be present to accept their nomination. Nominees that fail to be present to accept their nomination will be automatically removed from the list of qualified candidates. Let us not forget that only home owners residing within their Gateway Village home are eligible to make nominations, become nominees, and vote during the upcoming election in December 2018. Please encourage your neighbors attendance and participation at this meeting so we, as a unified community body, can move forward with the official election and organization of our communities newly organized HOA in accordance with Georgia Law. Please come and join us in making our community a community that others would love the opportunity to be a part of. Looking forward to seeing everyone there.
