GA 31419. Bishop Frank Wilson, the Community HOA President, will be
sharing with all attendees the news pertaining to the forward movement of
legal representation for our newly established community HOA. Please come

On behalf of the newly organized Gateway Village Community HOA, we wish to invite all Gateway Village residents, both homeowners and renters alike, to this month’s HOA meeting, Saturday,February 2, 2019, 10:00 AM at the Perkins Restaurant & Bakery located at 3A Gateway Blvd S, Savannah, GA 31419.

NOVEMBER 3, 2018 MONTHLY HOA MEETING
Dear Residents,
On behalf of the newly organized Gateway Village Community HOA, we wish to invite all Gateway Village residents, both homeowners and renters alike, to this month’s HOA meeting, Saturday, November 3, 2018, 10:00 AM at the Perkins Restaurant & Bakery located at 3A Gateway Blvd S, Savannah, GA 31419.
This is the meeting where the 2019 Gateway Village HOA board member nominees will be announced and selected as candidates for the upcoming election. Due to unforeseen circumstances, homeowners still wishing to make board member nominations can do so at this meeting or through the Gateway Village HOA website at http://gatewayvillage.org/nominations.html. All nominees must be present at this meeting to respectfully accept or decline the position they are being nominated for. Any person nominated and not present to accept or decline their nomination will be automatically disqualified as a potential candidate for office. Elections will be held during the month of December 2018 on a date established and agreed upon by the majority of the homeowners present at this meeting.

OCTOBER 6, 2018 MONTHLY HOA MEETING
Gateway Village Residents;
On behalf of the newly organized Gateway Village Community HOA, we wish to invite all Gateway Village residents, both homeowners and renters alike, to this month’s HOA meeting, Saturday, October 6, 2018, 10:00 AM at the Perkins Restaurant & Bakery located at 3A Gateway Blvd S, Savannah, GA 31419. Several of you have made board member nominations through the Gateway Village Website . This is the meeting where the nominees will be announced and giving the opportunity to accept or decline their nomination. It is your responsibility to inform those which you have nominated as candidates to be present to accept their nomination. Nominees that fail to be present to accept their nomination will be automatically removed from the list of qualified candidates. Let us not forget that only home owners residing within their Gateway Village home are eligible to make nominations, become nominees, and vote during the upcoming election in December 2018. Please encourage your neighbors attendance and participation at this meeting so we, as a unified community body, can move forward with the official election and organization of our communities newly organized HOA in accordance with Georgia Law. GATEWAY VILLAGE HOA MONTHLY MEETING
On behalf of the Gateway Village Community HOA, we wish to invite all Gateway Village residents, both homeowners and renters alike, to come and participate in this month’s HOA meeting this Saturday, September 1, 2018, 10:00am at the Perkins Restaurant & Bakery located at 3A Gateway Blvd S, Savannah, GA 31419. Gateway Village resident, Faye Montgomery has informed the acting HOA board members that Ms. Alicia Scott (running for House Rep district 164) will be attending this Saturday’s meeting and we are looking forward to hearing from her. Ms. Scott, has experience with hostile HOA takeovers and seems to be willing to share her knowledge with all attending. Please come and join us in hope that we can continue to move forward in making our community a community that others would love the opportunity to be a part of.
